Travel title
Service duration: 15-20 minutes
Scheduling for this service is optional: People can show up without a prior appointment, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 09:00 – 12:00 / 14:00 – 15:00
- for adults – 15 euros, with the issuance of the document on the day of the request
- for minors – free, with issuance of the document on the day of request
The Embassy issues travel documents to citizens of the Republic of Moldova, regardless of their domicile, to stateless persons and foreign citizens permanently domiciled in the Republic of Moldova, who intend to return to the Republic of Moldova, in the situation in which:
- have lost or stolen their passport for traveling abroad;
- have a damaged passport that cannot be used;
- have an expired passport that cannot be extended for some reason;
- they never had a passport.
To request the travel title, the following will be presented:
- 2 color photos of 3×4 cm format;
- if available, the original or copy of the following documents, regardless of their validity:✔ Moldovan identity card✔ expired or damaged passport✔ residence permit✔ any other document with photo
- the travel ticket is valid for 30 days, a term that cannot be extended.
- the travel ticket is only valid for a single return trip to the Republic of Moldova.
- on the basis of the travel document, the holder can travel from the Czech Republic to the Republic of Moldova by land or by plane.
- if a travel document is requested for the minor child, the presence of a parent at the Embassy is sufficient.
- when submitting the application, the payment of fees can be made at the branches of ČSOB bank.
