Consular services by post

In order to facilitate citizens’ access to consular services and avoid trips to the embassy, we are communicating about the possibility of requesting some services by mail, as follows:

- Judicial travel document – For details see the column “Travel Title”
- Confirming the authenticity of the permit – For details see the section “Consular certificates”
- Requesting a civil status document – For details see the section “Requesting a document of civil status ”
- Transcription of civil status documents – For details, see the section “ Transcription of civil status documents”
Also, we suggest contacting the consular officer to clarify the procedure by which the documents can be submitted and to check if you can also do this using the postal services.
IMPORTANT! will contain the applicant’s address for return shipping. Otherwise, the document should be picked up at the Embassy headquarters.
