Consul General

The Cabinet of Ministers voted to appoint Ana Taban as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to India, based in Delhi. The candidacy was proposed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Nicu Popescu.
According to the minister, Ana Taban has been working at the MFAEI for more than ten years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and international trade.
Previously, Ana Taban was the chief of staff and adviser to the minister at the MFAEI, assistant for foreign policy to the President of the Republic of Moldova. She was also a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova.
