The bilateral legal framework

To date, 5 bilateral treaties have been signed:

Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway regarding the readmission of its own citizens and citizens of third countries, signed in Chisinau on 31.03.2005

Agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway in Bucharest, signed in Bucharest on 24.10.2005

Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway regarding Norway’s contribution to the consolidation of the rule of law in the Republic of Moldova, signed in Chisinau on 03.05.2007

Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Moldova and the Norwegian non-governmental organization “Norwegian People’s Aid” (NPA) regarding the dismantling and destruction of cluster bombs, signed in Chisinau on 14.12.2009

Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway regarding the facilitation of visa issuance, signed in Oslo on 14.09.2011
