IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
Dear citizens,
The Consulate of the Republic of Moldova in Padua with the support of the Public Services Agency, with the intention of responding to requests for the issuance of identity documents (passports and identity cards), expands and replenishes the number of appointments for obtaining these documents between August 9-25, 2023.
Thus, interested persons can schedule an appointment at the following link: https://padova.setmore.com according to the already known algorithm: 1 appointment = 1 person = 1 requested document.
IMPORTANT: During this session of receiving applications, the deadline for completing the documents is 1.5 months. Similarly, on the appointment date, citizens will be able to opt for receiving documents at home by courier, filling out a separate application in this regard.

The necessary documents for obtaining the identity card are published at the following link: https://padova.mfa.gov.md/ro/content/buletin-de-identitate, with the mention that 3×4 and 10×15 photos are not required (condition applied only for appointments specific for the period August 9-25).
Costs:
- minor passport: EUR 31;
- adult passport: EUR 62;
- identity card: EUR 30;
- courier delivery: 10 EUR.
Careful! If you have appointments for the months: September, October or November, please obligatorily cancel them, to allow other citizens to make appointments for that period. The cancellation of previous appointments is done through the previously received confirmation to the e-mail address indicated by you.
Important! People who are waiting for birth certificates transcribed in the name of minor children, if in the period 09-25.08.2023 2 months have not passed since the date of submission of the application for the transcription of the birth certificate, please do not schedule an appointment for this period, not being in possession the documents.
